Property Connect 2026: Where Real Estate, Data and the Right Connections Meet

In Ghana’s property industry, opportunities are not created by property alone. They are shaped by information, relationships, trust, expertise and access to the right people. This is the thinking behind Property Connect 2026.

On Saturday, October 10, 2026, Accra will host a more intimate kind of real estate gathering as Property Connect 2026 brings together professionals from across Ghana’s property and investment ecosystem at Nexus 9 Lounge & Spaces.

Spearheaded by Rudolph Amoako-Akonnor, a real estate strategist who works with businesses to help them take off, build stronger teams and pursue business development opportunities, Property Connect is being positioned as more than another networking event.

Powered by Prime Exchange, the event is designed around three key ideas: Intimacy. Data-Driven. Powerful Connections. At its core, the event is about creating a space where people, information and opportunities can meet.

Rather than being another large networking event where attendees exchange business cards and move on, Property Connect is being positioned as a carefully curated room for meaningful conversations, practical industry insight and relationships that can develop into real opportunities. The organisers expect approximately 200 curated guests, bringing together developers, real estate agents and brokers, investors, architects, property managers, finance professionals, PropTech players, entrepreneurs and other professionals with an interest in the property market.

More Than a Networking Event

At the heart of Property Connect is a simple question: What happens when the right people, the right information and the right conversations are brought into the same room?

The event seeks to create a more intentional environment for conversations within Ghana’s property sector, bringing together professionals from different parts of the industry to exchange ideas, share insights and explore opportunities.

With four keynote speakers, industry panel discussions and curated networking, Property Connect will create room for conversations spanning real estate, investment, development, brokerage, architecture, finance, property management, technology, entrepreneurship and business development and related fields.

The objective is not simply to create a room full of people exchanging contacts. It is to create the kind of environment where a conversation can lead to a partnership, an insight can influence a decision, or a connection can open the door to a new opportunity. And in an industry as interconnected as real estate, those relationships matter.

The Vision Behind Property Connect

For Rudolph Amoako-Akonnor, the thinking behind Property Connect goes beyond putting real estate professionals in the same room. His work as a real estate strategist focuses on helping businesses take off, build effective teams and identify opportunities for business development. Property Connect extends that thinking into a wider industry space, creating an environment where professionals can meet not only as individuals, but as potential collaborators, partners and contributors to the growth of the sector.

HIG 001

The organisers are also placing a strong emphasis on data, recognising that better property decisions require more than assumptions, market rumours or anecdotal information.

One of the conversations being brought to the forefront is the role of data in real estate decision-making. With questions around property prices, demand, infrastructure, location and investment opportunities becoming increasingly important, reliable market information can influence how developers build, where investors put their money and how buyers assess opportunities.

This is particularly relevant in Ghana's property market, where success often depends on how effectively different parts of the ecosystem work together.

A developer may need the right financing partner. An investor may need reliable market intelligence.A broker may need access to the right network.A growing real estate business may need stronger systems and people.A technology company may have a solution but need the right industry relationships to scale it.

Property Connect seeks to bring some of those conversations closer together.

Bringing the Property Ecosystem Together.

One of Property Connect’s strongest propositions is its attempt to bring different sides of the property ecosystem into one conversation. Developers may meet potential investors or strategic partners. Agents can interact with professionals and prospective clients. Investors can gain perspectives from people working directly within the market. Architects, finance professionals, PropTech companies and other service providers can exchange ideas and explore opportunities for collaboration.

The event is therefore not being built around one category of real estate professional. It is intended to create interaction across the wider ecosystem. And that is important because Ghana’s property market does not operate in isolation.

Real estate intersects with finance, construction, architecture, technology, infrastructure, law, investment and economic policy. The decisions made in one part of the ecosystem can have consequences across the others. Creating opportunities for these different players to meet and exchange perspectives can therefore contribute to a more connected and informed industry.

The Role of Data in the Property Conversation

A particularly relevant theme emerging around this year's event is the need for better information in Ghana's real estate market. One of the keynote conversations will look at data-backed decision-making and the consequences of making property decisions without a reliable understanding of the market.

Henry Asenso of Kuro Africa Analytics, for example, is expected to address the importance of reliable property intelligence, including trends, infrastructure development and district-level demographics. His participation reflects a broader shift towards using data to understand where demand is moving and where opportunities may exist.

Another keynote speaker announced for the event is Efiba Essel-Koomson, General Manager of Gateway Africa Investments Ltd., who is expected to bring a development and investment perspective to the conversation.

Together, these conversations point towards an increasingly important question for Ghana's property sector: Are we making real estate decisions based on what we know or simply what we think we know?

Creating Connections That Go Beyond the Event

The organisers describe Property Connect as a place where ideas, opportunities and relationships can meet. That could mean an investor discovering a new opportunity, a developer finding a strategic partner, a real estate professional expanding their network or an entrepreneur identifying a new market gap.

But perhaps more importantly, the event reflects the growing need for spaces where people within Ghana's real estate ecosystem can have conversations that are not limited to transactions.

Because the property industry is ultimately a people industry.

Buildings may be the visible outcome, but behind every development, investment, sale or project are relationships, decisions, expertise and capital.

Why Property Connect Matters

Ghana's real estate sector continues to evolve, and with that evolution comes a need for stronger industry conversations.

Property Connect 2026 enters that space by attempting to create a focused environment where professionals can learn, exchange ideas, challenge assumptions and build relationships.

For attendees, the value may not simply be what happens on stage. It could be the conversation during a networking session, the person sitting across the table, the market insight shared over a discussion or the partnership that begins with a simple introduction.

That is ultimately what Property Connect is seeking to create: a room where connections can become possibilities.
